Welcome
LESSON ONE: TAKE CARE OF YOUR HEART
The heart is a vital organ that pumps blood around our body. It has four chambers or compartments.
The top chambers are known as the atria and the bottom chambers are known as the ventricles. It is seperated into right and left by a barrier called the septum.
The left side receives the oxygen-rich blood and the right side recieves blood that has low oxygen.
The heart has a great network with the lungs forming a circulation where blood enters the heart from one blood vessel from the body to enter a chamber and leaves the chamber out of another vessel to go to the lungs to pick up more oxygen and then comes back to the heart again to then go to the body.
Similarly, we can divide our lives into 4 chambers: Spiritual love, Self-love, Relations (family, friends, colleagues and humanity as a whole) and Passion for our hobbies and work.
Some people may place these in the top chambers as priority and some of these are placed into the bottom chambers as not priority. The order of these factors vary from person to person.
The oxygen-rich blood leaves the heart via the aorta artery to go round the body. It contains: nutrients such as oxygen and glucose that provide cells in body tissues energy, white blood cells that protect the body from infection, platelets that clots the blood upon injury and it also removes carbon dioxide and toxicity out of our systems.
Similarly, the oxygen-rich blood contains positive motifs such as faith, consistency in gratitude, aiming to good and learning from errs. It enters each cell to give positive energy and remove toxicity such as the negative thoughts and caring about what others think of you (e.g. carbon dioxide and urea).
This muscular organ is a valuable asset that protects itself from damage via the pericardium outer layer.
Similarly, humanity have the ability to protect themselves through an invisible armour that is maintained by His remembrance.
Forgive yourself and forgive all because sadness nor anger can create the low oxygenated blood that does not benefit the cells nor the processes in the body.
Take care of your heart.
