SEPTEMBER 2015: HAJJ
Millions of people.
Rice and poor.
All races.
All ethnicities and all kinds,
Come to seek Allah's mercy.
Some saved money for years to go.
It is a place of unity.
A place of reviving the heart.
A reminder of your purpose and what you are.
That you are a nobody without Allah.
That you are a servant of Allah alone.
That you worship Him alone and seek none pleasure but His.
Hajj.
4 letter word but a time of experience that cannot be forgotten or challenged.

JULY 2014: Welcome Ramadan
Ramadan; here you are.
My dear friend how I longed for you to come.
You bring light into my life like the shining sun.
Ramadan; here you are.
The month in which the Glorious Quran was revealed.
The shayateen are locked away and sealed.
Its time to make good deed(s).
Our souls and hearts is in need.
Welcome Ramadan.

DECEMBER 2013: Charity.
what charity means to me?
read the upcoming lines and then you'll see.
benefits of it you'll find in Quran and Sunnah with clarity.
PBUH says Believer’s shade on Day of Resurrection will be his charity.
Charity is the third pillar of islam.
The reward behind it is deep than an Aswan Dam.
Prayer is only a foundation of what a muslim supposed to do.
Having Compassion, Sincere Love and Helping others is what one should do too.
At verse (107:1-3), Allah says those who don't help orphans are like those who reject faith.
Like how you want for your children and siblings, don't you want these children to live safe?
Safe education. Safe Shelter. Food and drink.
Or due to lack of water balance, do you want their body cells to shrink?
When you help in charity, tell people to inspire them in doing so too.
But don't do it out of pride, for then the good deeds will go out the blue.
Every charity act one does, should do out of sincerity.
For the sake of Allah alone, as charity is obligatory.
Decades ago, my mum worked as a nurse in war.
Bloodshed. Poverty. Destruction. Orphans. She saw.
Everytime we ate, she made sure our plates were clean not a grain of rice.
She always checked our plates twice.
She raised me and my siblings up, on islam, manners and feeding the poor.
Never reject a charity cause whereever you are, even if they come to the door.
Charity is a humanitarian concern.
when you don't help others, its like the food on fire going to burn.
so try to donate no matter how much you earn.
For when you hear stories of people who are less fortunate, gratefulness is what one will learn.
Poetry is not something i like to compete about.
As the intention behind my words will come in doubt.
Poetry is something, i do to speak out about surrounding real issues.
Rather than going to marches and tears in my tissues.
When you look up. Say Thank you to Allah.
In your free time and in your salah.
Whenever you see someone you know with a frown
give them a smile and try to make their frown upside down
For PBUH said also a smile is charity.
So I smile to a sister wherever I go around Birmingham city.
However, when I see a muslim brother excluding my blood brothers and father,
I lower my gaze and my heart turns like a soap with lather.
I don't mean to be moody.
But my hayaa exceeds and just want to hide myself in a shroudy.
so Charity means alot of things,
Not just donating money, clothes and jewellery with a bling.
Its about having a smile and have mercy on others
Around the world, for your sisters and your brothers.
